I did not receive the item purchased using an Android device. What do I do?

In the event of a disruption to payments made with a credit card that you have registered to your Android-powered mobile phone, our users are required to provide us with an electronic receipt.

When you complete your shopping on Google Wallet, you’ll get a confirmation email that you can use as a receipt. You can find your order number on this receipt.

Our customer support team will review your complaint as soon as possible and take the necessary action to resolve the problem.

If you can’t find your confirmation email, you can get a receipt online:

1. Visit payments.google.com and sign in with your Google account.
2. On the left, click Subscriptions and services.
3. Click View purchases.
4. Select an order to see your receipt.
5. If you need your order number, you can find it on the receipt page.
