Rule Violations and User Complaints

Our apps connect you with your friends and aim to create a fun game platform for you to meet people who enjoy playing like you. In line with this goal, we strive for a fair and pleasant environment in which we meet together in the game, and we serve within the framework of certain rules.

The game tracking system developed for our application is activated automatically when game rules are violated. However, you can also notify us during gameplay through the "complaints" section in your user profiles for situations when you think there are violations. In this way, the information about the games or players you reported to us (user UIDs, table / game fees, game time and date etc.) will be automatically transferred to our database.

We would like to emphasize once again that we work very diligently in order to be able to sustain this pleasant environment we have created. We will immediately take actions that could result in the disruption of users who abuse of other users, the restriction of their activities, the deletion of their scores.

Our game offers a friendly competition environment. For this reason, we do not allow harassment, extremely rude or unwarranted language, threats or other harmful conversations or interactions with other users.

Black market trading is illegal. Trying to sell / selling a product or point within a game to another player and trying to get / getting points from another player is a violation of the game rules.

Users can only open accounts with their own information that is included in the game. Using “non-real” accounts, stealing accounts of other users or logging on to another user’s account are not allowed. Also, you cannot use more than one account.

Fair play means not cheating. Do not use other software or methods to gain unfair advantage over other players.
