I did not receive the item purchased through Facebook. What do I do?

In-game products or services are purchased in many Facebook games through Facebook Credits, which we can also consider as a currency on Facebook. When our users buy an in-game product, they actually receive Facebook credit first and then uses these credits to buy in-game products. Since this process is very fast under normal conditions, many of our users are unaware that this is the process.

However, if you notice that in some cases due to problems with Facebook, due to our system, or your internet connection, your purchase has been successful but you have not yet received the in-game product, please check the Facebook credits in your Facebook account first. You can view your current Facebook account balance by visiting your Facebook payment settings or following the steps below.

1. Go to "Account Settings"
2. Click on "Payments"
3. Your Facebook Credits will be shown in "Credits Balance"
