Connection Problem (Web)

Here is what we recommend if you experience this issue often:

1. First, refresh the game page and restart the game.

2. Older versions of Flash Player or corrupted Flash Player files might cause such problems. Please update it or reinstall it.

3. Try deleting your temporary internet files from your browser by selecting the relevant options.

4. Finally, try running the game with another browser. "Google Chrome", "Mozilla Firefox" " Safari" etc. Please do not import anything form your old browser towards the new one as this might perpetuate the problem.

5. Other than these common problems, applications running in the background, peer to peer software, open tabs or pages that are running video streams from the Internet (such as YouTube) can cause severe problems on your connection, especially if your bandwidth is limited.

6. Some Antivirus, Firewalls, and similar security software can also stop some games from running. You can refer to their manuals to fix these issues.

7. Finally, try to prefer Wi-Fi connection over 3G or 4G, and a cabled connection over Wi-Fi. Some of our users have also reported fixing most of their problems by simply resetting their router. You can also attempt to fix the problem by doing so.
